Fbkid's Week 13 Predictions

Last week I went 10-6 which continues my streak of decent weeks. It is very ironic how teams like the Patriots and Colts who were counted out at the beginning of the year are now back in the playoff picture. The Colts are now 7-4 and have a very easy schedule the rest of the way and even without Tom Brady the Patriots are also 7-4 and Matt Cassell has been playing like an All Pro the last couple of weeks. Here are my week 13 picks.

Game of the weak: Chiefs vs Raiders: This could be an exciting game to watch as lots of points could be scored. But at this point of the year, not much is at stake.

Game of the week: Giants vs Redskins: When these two teams played in week one, the Redskins looked very sloppy. Now, in the thick of the playoff race they can prove that they belong against the defending Super Bowl champs.

Last week: 10-6
Season: 103-73-1

Titans 31 Lions 20
Seahawks 14 Cowboys 35
Cardinals 27 Eagles 20
49ers 16 Bills 24
Ravens 23 Bengals 13
Saints 20 Bucs 24
Giants 28 Redskins 23
Dolphins 35 Rams 13
Colts 31 Browns 17
Panthers 24 Packers 17
Falcons 28 Chargers 24
Broncos 17 Jets 34
Steelers 20 Patriots 23
Chiefs 20 Raiders 26
Bears 16 Vikings 21
Jaguars 17 Texans 27

Fbkid's Week 12 Predictions

Last week was a very good one on my predictions as I went 11-4-1 and picked the exact score of the Titans Jaguars game. The playoff picture is now starting to shape up as teams are showing what they are really made of. At the beginning of the year everyone(myself included) was praising the Bills fast start to the season. But now they are 5-5 and in the AFC East are starting to slip away from contention. Here are my week 12 predictions.

Game of the weak: Bears vs Rams: Both teams are really struggling right now and if the Rams play like they did last week, it could get ugly.

Game of the week: Jets vs Titans: After their win on the road against the Patriots , the Jets are now considered one of the favorites in the AFC. But if they beat an undefeated Titans team on the road, let the Brett Favre media frenzy begin!

Last Week: 11-4-1
Season: 93-67-1

Bengals 14 Steelers 20
Eagles 17 Ravens 21
Texans 20 Browns 26
Bucs 30 Lions 17
Bills 17 Chiefs 24
Bears 28 Rams 14
Jets 17 Titans 26
Patriots 28 Dolphins 20
Vikings 21 Jaguars 17
49ers 20 Cowboys 27
Raiders 10 Broncos 24
Panthers 23 Falcons 21
Giants 30 Cardinals 24
Redskins 21 Seahawks 13
Colts 27 Chargers 23
Packers 23 Saints 20

Fbkid's Week 11 Predictions

Last week I got back on track as I went 10-4 on my picks last week. It was a turning point for a few teams as they are finally starting to look up to the preseason expectations they had. Both the Colts and Vikings are starting to heat up and are suddenly right back in the playoff picture. Another team who had high preseason expectations the Jaguars, are now at the stage where their season is on the line every week as they are 4-5 and the schedule doesn't get any easier. Here are my week 11 picks.

Game of the weak: Rams vs 49ers: Do you know how bad the NFC West is? The winner of this game will be in 2nd place in the division with a 3-7 record.

Game of the week: Ravens vs Giants: Going into the season fans would have noticed this as a rematch of Super Bowl 35 but who would have expected this to be a potential Super Bowl preview? We now get to see how Joe Flacco performs against a big time defense.

Last week: 10-4
Season: 82-62

Jets 17 Patriots 23
Broncos 24 Falcons 28
Lions 13 Panthers 31
Eagles 28 Bengals 14
Saints 31 Chiefs 24
Ravens 17 Giants 24
Vikings 14 Bucs 20
Raiders 10 Dolphins 28
Bears 14 Packers 21
Texans 17 Colts 31
Rams 14 49ers 23
Cardinals 30 Seahawks 17
Titans 24 Jaguars 14
Chargers 20 Steelers 24
Cowboys 21 Redskins 26
Browns 14 Bills 23

Fbkid's Week 10 Fantasy Studs

Last week was a very interesting one for fantasy football as many of last weeks top players came out of nowhere. Not many people would have thought that Ray Rice, Cedric Benson and Jamaal Charles would have gone over 100 yards last week or that Koren Robinson would have had over 100 yards receiving. Here are my week 10 fantasy studs.

QB: Chad Pennington vs Seahawks: Pennington has played very well this season and he now goes up against the 31st ranked pass defense in the Seahawks. Don't be surprised if Pennington has one of the best fantasy weeks out of any quarterback. Expect around 230 yards and 2 touchdowns.

RB: Tim Hightower vs 49ers: What a difference a week makes. Last week at this time Hightower was a touchdown vulture taking away from Edgerrin James owners. Now he is one of the hottest commodities in fantasy football after his 100 yard 1 touchdown performance last week. Hightower could be in for another big week against a struggling 49ers defense and should be active in all leagues this week. Expect around 120 total yards and 2 touchdowns.

WR: Matt Jones vs Lions: Who would have thought at this time last year that Jones would be the Jaguars number one receiver? He should be in for a big game this week though as it's a must win for the Jaguars and the Lions are 29th against the pass. Expect around 85 yards and a touchdown.

TE: Donald Lee vs Vikings: Lee was one of the most productive tight ends in all of fantasy football last season but this season he hasn't been as productive. Lee should get back on track against a struggling Vikings pass defense this week though. Expect around 50 yards and a touchdown.

K: Neil Rackers vs 49ers: With the Cardinals explosive offense, Rackers should be in for a very big week on the national stage. Expect around 2 field goals and 4 extra points.

Def: Panthers vs Raiders: The Panthers defense is still available in many fantasy leagues and the way the Raiders offense is playing, it would be smart to be play any defens opposing them. Expect around 3 sacks and 2 interceptions.

Star to sit: Plaxico Burress vs Eagles: Burress has put up some great fantasy numbers this year but could be in for a rough week against a tough Eagles defense that is very good against the pass. He should still be started in all leagues, but don't expect great numbers.

Fbkid's Week 10 Predictions

Last week was a very rough one for my picks as I went only 6-8. Many interesting story lines have unfolded so far this season. Between the Titans quest for perfection, the Lions quest for another kind of perfection, success of rookie quarterbacks and the weekly soup opera that has become the Raiders, it's hard to not get caught up in one up to this point. Here are my week 10 picks.

Game of the weak: 49ers vs Cardinals: The Cardinals now have the chance to show everyone that they are for real on a national stage. The only problem is that it's on Monday night and the 49ers look terrible. Don's be surprised if Tony Kornheiser starts talking about how Matt Leinart should be in around the 2nd quarter.

Game of the week: Giants vs Eagles: Both of these teams are among the elite in the NFC and this game has a big impact on the NFC East. Don't be surprised if this is a conference championship game preview.

Last week: 6-8
Season: 72-58

Broncos 20 Browns 24
Saints 23 Falcons 27
Titans 20 Bears 14
Jaguars 17 Lions 23
Ravens 24 Texans 13
Seahawks 13 Dolphins 21
Packers 17 Vikings 20
Bills 16 Patriots 24
Rams 17 Jets 27
Panthers 27 Raiders 7
Colts 20 Steelers 24
Chiefs 14 Chargers 26
Giants 17 Eagles 20
49ers 10 Cardinals 35
